Manual trans swap info

Hey Hey
I am thing of going the manual route (this computer thing is killing me ) I am from the old school if you want to swap something all you had to do was get all your parts turn some wrench done go for a test drive work out any bugs and done! Now you have to do ??change for the computer so that's what I like to know what do I need to do to make it look like my car came with a manual trans I don't want to add any switch to have thing work. if we went with the mopor proformance computer would that be the way to go (SRT block and head build up next with out tubro but something weird)
