a real question? please define. Please don't bump old threads unless you have a real question, or someting informative to add.
i used the search feature to search for something that might have been previously asked before I was going to ask it. While looking at the results of the search I came across this thread. My question was in response to a comment made in this thread. The question is real enough to me. Whether or not the thread was started yesterday or 2 years ago, shouldnt make a difference. There is a wealth of information buried in past threads that if a thread gets "bumped" with a question about something mentioned in that thread then I see no harm in it being done. If there is a time limit on when threads should no longer be replied to, please show me the rules. And if there is a time limit then I suggest threads that exceed the limit be locked.
