Grinding noise?!!! Help

I installed a new UR clutch and flywheel in my 2000 ES MTX about 2 months ago... Since then only on take off and only when the transmission is cold, there is this terrible grinding noise, that happens when I accelerate but stops when the car is completely engaged... It sounds like the clutch. Is this sound normal? Could I have installed the clutch backwards? If it is the clutch then how fast could it wear? Once the car is warmed up, that noise seems to disappear or become not noticeable. Anyone have a similar problem or have any insight?

No its something totally different... :/ it only does it under acceleration. But once the clutch is fully engaged the noise stops. Doesn't come back until I start from a stop.

TOB for sure. Replace that with your clutch?

No its not the TOB I know what that sounds like, it is the clutch I found out, in the friction zone. The clutch has yet to fully break in, even though I followed the break in specifications. When its is in the friction zone it skates across the flywheel composite and makes a scratching noise. The clutch surface is still very rough, which in turn creates that noise when grabbing the flywheel. I had someone listen to it and they agreed and think that after a few thousand more miles that sounds should disapte. If not then there could possibly be something else wrong, I will keep an update on this issue.

Well then break it in already.
