Is ATF+4 the correct tranny fluid for my atx and can I buy any brand of it? Thanks in advance...

Atf+4 is the correct type, any brand will work. Amsoil ATF seems to be the longest lasting atf i have used yet.. so you might want to give that a try if you don't want to change it often.

Mopar ATF +4 is avail at Wal Mart - believe it or not - and was decently priced - I bought a whole case :-)
2000 LX 3sp Auto, 201,000 miles, Orig engine and trans - both have never been apart other than reg maint. 33 mpg
