Tools for full 5-Speed removal

On 10/31/2008 I am going to the junk yard to remove a full 5-Speed Swap. I was wondering if anyone knew of any special tools I am going to need to do the removal?
Edit got the trany and all the parts for the swap for $250 wooo hooo
