new cone bearings and races.
new ring gear bolts

did you upgrade all the washers and bolts on the LSD yet? did you do all the needed machining to the splines?
if not follow this guide

i bought the bolt and washer upgrade kit. i'm not gonna bother with machining the splines i'll just run it with out c clips. when you did yours did you replace all those parts listed?

What I listed is all you need. However I would have a shop reshim and check the turning torque of the differential.

^^^^ This.
You don't want to eat up the ring gear/output shaft.

i'll be doing the turning torque myself, i'll be doing the clutch at the same time so this will be a fun filled weekend.

Care to elaborate? What size shims did you end up using?

the dealership said i could use the stock ones so i did, plus i didnt replace the races since the old ones were in great condition. getting used to both wheels driving is what i was referring to.

I haven't seen any that sell them already rebuilt, only ones that offer the service.
