SRT-4 Clutch in t350

I know it wont fit, but what exactly gets shaved down when people put them into t350's? Also who still does this?

The O.D of the pressure plate. Not sure who does this. But why not just use a aftermarket clutch?

It is both the flywheel, and the pressure plate.
