need help atx to mtx

i have a base 2002 sohc with atx, and the trans is going. so i wanna do my swap now and need help to find out what all i need and procedures to do it so i dont have to pay $$$$$ for it.

We have a how to section and you can find all the info you need there since this topic is old news these days for this forum. Its a fairly simple swap if you have everything you need parts, tools, help etc.

What part of VA are you in?
