Rods, Pistons, head studs, and all the common gaskets, seals, and bearings that should be replaced when building a motor. Oil pump isn't a bad idea either.

you dont NEED to upgrade your internals, I didnt but i'm only running 7psi. Is it a good idea no matter what boost your running, of course. and if your going to running higher boost levels like above 10psi, then your definetly going to have to upgrade your internals. Basically run lower boost levels, with AFRs at about 12.0 in boost you'll be ok with stock. Just make sure you dont get any detonation. However i'm broke and busy, if you have money and time then by all means go for it.

but yea like esteinmaier said rods, pistons, head studs, gaskets seals all that good stuff. A cam would be a good idea too while your at it.
