turbo my motor with the srt setup and slowly build up for the whole swap? would it be smart money wise?

not really. you'll end up spending more money that way. you can find full swaps as low as $2000 and as much as.... well whatever the guy thinks he can get away with. just be smart about it when you're lookin for your swap.

Don't bother then. There's quite a bit you have to do (read: spend) to make it work on the SOHC and N/A ECU. Just start collecting parts for now.
