It is my understanding that you can run an RRFPR and maybe some Stage 0/stock 03 injectors. Might want to hit up the stickies and other threads...i'm guessing you're going to go the adapter plate with SRT turbofold route?

rrfpr with stage 0 or 1 injectors is a good start. you will also need to do the spoolboy mod to your fuel canister, and will want an safc to fine tune. Don't forget the wideband either, you can't tune at all without one. read the stickies and check out neons.org They have quite a few turbo'd neons, and a great deal of info.

You MUST have a wideband, and a way to fuel it. A RRFPR works well in a 2000. Usually 36lb/hr injectors are a good match to the limit of the stock motor.
An SAFC or any other MAP signal modifier is useless in boost, so don't waste your money on one.
Do yourself a favor and build your fuel system first before tossing the rest of the system on. It is not much fun at all to track down problems in 2 systems at the same time.

It doesn't work as well. But suit yourself if you want to go through all that.

honestly, i would just try and find an adapter plate and turbofold, or an ebay log manifold and t/3 type setup. I don't know of any turbo from another car that fits on our heads.

you could always go with a hahn setup or buy the turbo and manifold from them and go from there...this isn't by far the cheapest option but it's not always best to go cheap without experience.
