Does anyone know what size bolt would fit in the o2 sensor bung?

What brand did you go with?

I'm having trouble finding a gasket for my maxxfab

I actually found one on ebay that was cheaper than all the other name brands and it was polished. Got it for like $67 + shipping brand new. It was made by a guy under the name of T72dawg, real cool guy talked to him for a while about them and he has sold a bunch but I am not sure he makes them anymore. He told me I can used the red RTV sealant so I'm guessing I don't need a gasket...

Ahh. I just bought 2 bottles of red RTV, even though it's got a higher thermal rating I think I would use a copper gasket maker...you really don't want to have to uninstall that thing because of an exhaust leak.

I think AGP also sells the gasket for $10, probably what I will get.

I got a maxxfab for $70 shipped on the forums...either way good luck

Permatex makes an ultra black gasket maker that I like to use for that kind of thing. I blew through like 3 regular 3 bolt round gaskets on the old 16g when I was having some management issues causing higher than normal EGTs, so I changed it out and used the ultra black, and to my surprise, it actually held.

Where can you get a tube of that?

Any auto parts store. And it's relatively cheap.

I used the red rtv sealant between the stock srt turbo and the block off plate, would that be enough to ensure no leaking or should I redo the seal with the permatex ultra black?

Permatex ultra black RTV is specifically designed for maximum oil resistance, whereas the red RTV is for high temp applications. For something like the block off plate you mentioned, pretty much any color RTV will work just fine. Since it won't be in contact with oil or very hot either.

For O2 housing gasketing, there is a Permatex ultra coppper that is for maximum temperature resistance. I would go with either that or the red stuff.

Copper Spray-A Gasket by Permatex. That was used on the end of my 3'' 02 housing going to the turbo manifold. Works great.

You're only supposed to use a gasket where it meets the downpipe...but it's not going to hurt anything so i'll probably spray it up too
