Vacuum diagram for a 00 wit hahn turbo kit

Since i have left the DSM (eclipse, laser, talon) scene and picked up a 00 neon Esrt4 i have been on a huge learning path. I am starting to pick up on things but my god are some things totally different then the DSM.
I am in need of a Vacuum diagram for a 2000 neon with a hahn turgo kit. If anybody can lead me to a diagram that would be awesome.
thanks

i have no idea about these cars and which vacuum line is needed and which can be removed. I live in illinois and we have no emissions laws for the time being. Since being involved in turbo cars for the past couple years, i know how to hook the boost gauge up and have always been told that the closer to the intake manifold the better! Where do you guys all tap in for the boost gauge on the neons? also, i just need a general diagram of where all the OEM lines run ( i dont have the OEM hood with the diagram on it) like the FPR, crank case breather, PVC, brake booster, and any others that are original on the 2000 neon 2.0l sohc....

You running a port fueler or a RRFPR?
The only thing that you can ditch on a neon is the EGR. you will of course have to block it off at the head and the manifold but it can be ditched. Here is a few pics of the different stages of my 03's turbo build with the hahn portfuler first pic is it with a lot of "T" then there is a pic where i added a vacuum block.
H,mmm none of those are all that clear here is a quick and dirty sketch of the routing and where they should go.
The one labeled for fuel management was actually running behind the battery because that's where my port fueler module was sitting. I later took the line going to the brake booster from the manifold and routed it to the other side of the vacuum block to get a stronger vacuum signal cause my BOV was not getting a good vacuum reference from just one lead going to the vacuum block. There is a vacuum port on the Throttle body that i did not use at all for anything. As i had enough from the vacuum block.

ok im confused on the port fueler and rrfpr. what are these, it looks to me that all i have is the fuel rail and a pressure regulator mounted on the fire wall.
thanks for the pics by the way, did help some!!

Post a pic of your engine bay.

ill get some pics of the car this weekend, heading to cordova dragway today for some decent dragracing (not in my car, all my friends)....
anyone who lives up close to the CORDOVA , ILLINOIS area should swing out. racing is from 12-4 and is $40 for basically unllimited passes... $10 to spectate

Yea, it's a good time out there. Went out for the last midnight mayhem. Boobies, beer, silly string, and racing. All the things I love most in life were there.

if its just a basic hahn turbo kit, with RRFPR and using the stock wastegate settings then it is very simple
There should be a hard tube provided by hahn between the Throttle body and the intake. There should be two ports on the top middle of this hard tube. One port is the signal line for the RRFPR. take a stretch of vacuum hose from there to a one way check valve, then to the inlet of the rrfpr (so the pressure only rises in boost).
The second port is the signal for the Blow off valve. Run a stretch of vacuum hose from the port to the top of the blow off valve.
If it is a Hahn s16g, there should be a signal port from the turbos intake side. run a short hose from that port to the port on the waste gate.
That should get you going. once your done, throw all that RRFPR away and get megasquirt. As a fellow 2000 ES owner, the only thing my rrfpr is doing on my set up is giving me a static return line fuel pressure. The stock computer pulls SO MUCH timing at max map its not funny, and the computer tries to pull so much fuel when your in boost and not WOT that I saw AFRs peak up to as high as 15's before going full rich.
so my best honest advice would be to save the time, headache, and possible engine and get an MS and enjoy it!
im gonna get a pic

im gonna run out and try to get a pic of the engine bay even though its dark outside...
I think the guy i got the car from pieced together the turbo kit because i dont have the above mentioned hard pipe between intake and TB, atleast i dont think so.
also im still pretty confused on the hole fuel rrfpr deal.
ill try to post a pic in a bit.
I am also have issues with oil puking out the breather on the back side of the valve cover.... its getting pretty bad. i think the seals on my turbo are goin out though becuase there is a puddle of oil sitting on the compressor housing inlet... DAMNIT!!! oh and its a 20g
AH, well scratch that idea. cant find my memory card for the life of me!!
also have another question to throw at you guys. Can i buy a top mount manifold and put my turbo on the top? I noticed the one in the pic above is on top and i want that.... I dont care about the exhaust work and the oil lines aint no biggie either.... I was just wondering if a hahn 20g turbo will work that way...

Yes a hahn 20G will work that way but good luck finding a top mount manifold like that. The manifold you see in the pic is an old chillfactory manifold that haven't been made in years. To my knowledge no one makes one anymore. I think there is one floating around on e-bay like that but thats some sketchy stuff.

ok so im pretty sure that ive always ran a fuel pressure regulator on the return side of the fuel rail.... my fuel rail only has on line going into it and the other end is capped off... is this normal on a NEON or something screwed up with the setup..
also, how can i post pics on this page?

The fuel pressure regulator is in the tank on a neon. As long as the rail is in the pressurized zone, it doesn't really much matter where the regulator is.
If you're using an aftermarket regulator, you can either have pressure in on one side of the rail and bleed off the pressure from the other side, or dead-head the rail, using a tee in the pressurized line to the regulator to bleed off the pressure.
