I heard some where about the stock oil pump on a SOHC r/t not flowing enough oil to the srt turbo, what can I do to solve this problem when I run my car with the srt turbo setup?

Well, mine's been flowing well enough to supply to my s362 and still keep over 50psi of oil pressure. I suppose you could get a melling, but I'm not sure why.

In the sticky it says you need to replace the oil pump. Obviously that needs to be updated since it's wrong...it says in huge fucking red letters
ONE MORE THING, YOU MUST UPGRADE YOUR OIL PUMP. YOUR STOCK OIL PUMP WILL GO OUT ON YOU IF YOU TRY TO RUN IT WITH YOUR TURBO SET-UP

I forgot to throw my two cents in after I made the edit...

I ran the stock oil pump on my boosted 2.0 and the current boosted 2.4. It worked just fine.

Unless he was thinking of running UDP, but even then pump failures are rare, unless serious power is being made. A little more required volume isn't going to harm the pump, just relax the pressure relief spring a little. The pump rotor won't know the difference. It is still going to pump the same volume, just less of that volume will go through the bypass.
