12-14 or -12 to -14?

You should be in vacuum while cruising.

do you have your hvac on defrost and the air on?

at idle my car reads -19/20 but if i put my air on low and have it on the defrost it reads -13/-14

With the A/C compressor running, the IAC opens more to keep the engine speed the same. Even when cruising. Thus the vacuum will drop. Tho it will be a bigger change at idle....

Also if the alternator is under load, the IAC will open more, so there is another factor in a vacuum reading.

When i start my car my wideband reads "POO". Probably not helpful, but it is funny

Boost gauges don't say anything, you have to look at them!
