So I'm having great difficulty trying to find someone to tune my stock ecm instead of running MS anybody know where i could get a good tune to run boost on an 04' R/T?

You're having difficulty because until very recently no one tuned non srt pcms... If you switch to srt pcm you can tune with a DSP and nitehawk (matt cresto) is the srt tuner in our area with the cmr software. If you want to keep your pcm talk to him about kevin barnett sykes or something like that. He's on here. He's now starting to recalibrate pcms
