It must be that I'm a major and that I'll probably end up teaching English at the college level, but it really, really annoys the hell out of me when people replace "'ve" with "of."

For example, "I should of gone to the movies." It happens so damn much it's not even funny. Never mind that someone may be just bad at typing but the "should of" or "would of" or whatever else, makes no sense at all!

Another pet peeve of mine is the "rediculous." Who exactly says, "red-iculous?" The word is, "ridiculous!"

In one of my classes this semester, this pretentious girl said, "I was doing my best to conversate." I was like, "You call yourself an English major?" Conversate? Are you kidding me?

I'm done. Sorry.

I hate being in the car when a couple is yelling in the back seat..Gives me more stress than i already have..

today i decided to hang out with my friend shawn and my cousin shannon..well they were a couple at one time, and they agreed today that they wouldnt do nothing to start a fight...Dont you know she starts a damn fight..Drives me crazy..It affected me that much i called my hubby crying cause i couldnt take it..

Over the past 6 months my life has slowly turned to shit. So I vented by laying down a big fat number one in the school parking lot tonight (im talking parking brake full on, drop of the clutch from 6k and leting the car slowly crawl for 50ft with a lagre show of smoke

), after getting done at 8:30pm. Shit, I'v been up since 4:30am, went to school at 8am. only got about 3hrs of sleep last night (and every night for the last 6 months). My mind has turned to jello. I just failed an important exam because I froze up (very not typical of me). All the stress I have had latley has taken its toll on me and shows no sign of letting up, maybe even getting worse. Im nervous all the time and may have developed a slight twitch that seems to be the kind doing of stess. Shit, I got more exams next week, homework, presentations. Danm, I even have to travel for school.

People ALWAYS tailgate me when Im driving. Retarded dumasses can't drive the speed limit??? WTF. People are just assholes. (except neon drivers of course

)

I tell ya what, if i was a drinker, I would be getting so plastered that its not even funney.

I fucking hate speech class! I have a midterm in there tomorrow, and it's like they overanalyze the art of public speaking! And they promote the required class like it's going to be the best thing that will ever happen to you. Maybe if you have to write a speech the cheesy way... But I'm probably going to end up being an academic. The talks I'll give IRL will be to total nerds who understand all the jargon I throw their way and who don't give a rat's ass if I "tell them what I'll tell them, then tell them, then tell them what I told them"! I mean, come on, people, that's why there's the Web for posting pdf or PowerPoint slides, for goodness sake!

And yeah...after my TA said it'd be the best class I'd ever take, he also said that math was useless, and that he could have learned all the useful stuff in calculus and statistics in 20 minutes. I bet he couldn't pass a calculus and statistics test with practical problems on it.

i hate when fed ex leaves $250 worth of car parts on the front door that has modern performance tape all over the box. I hate my car loan company for not telling me my payment didnt go though when the web site said it did now im behind on payments and close to losing the car thats all i have for this hour my birthday is tomorow have a three day weekend gonna try and enjoy it
