Sending PM's to individual staff will result in delayed or complete lack of responses.
that seems pretty rude.

They do have a lot more people over there so it makes sense that they would need to regulate how they are contacted.

As I have come to learn myself, you can only be polite with people so long. After that the only real solution is to be blunt and "rude", some people only respond to that form of contact.
