Yes, but *probably* mainly because I switched jobs. My stomach shrank quite a bit and it got to the point to where I couldn't eat anything more than a regular cheeseburger and a handful of fries before it became uncomfortable to move. I had went from about 260 to 220 pounds... It worked great... I don't recommend it, but it worked. Not good on the heart at all, though.

I lost 25 lbs just recently by eating more fruits and veggies. I also cut my portions down slowly - to the point of now I eat 2-3 courses instead of 5-7!

It is all about intake.
