my fiance is 31 weeks pregnant, and she developed the PUPP rash, which some women get in their first pregnancy, its associated with lots of itching and a rash like thing on the stomach.. so i had to work, so my mom took her to the health center to get medication, while they were there, they asked her if her palms, and feet had been itching.. she said yes, doctor wanted to run some tests...

tests were ran, and we found out that she has intrahepatic cholestasis which is a liver deficiency, where the liver puts some of the "bile" it is suppose to clean out back into her skin..

if this gets to bad our baby could be still-born..

the doctors say this can be treated with medicine, but there is still a 20% chance, that even with the medication she can still be still-born..

i ask that all my family here at 2gn pray for my little girl jayme lynn. if all goes well in 5 weeks, my fiance will be induced or have a c-section and everything will be fine!...

will keep all of you (my family) updated as time goes along... hopefully ill be able to show pictures off of my little girl to all of you very soon..

May God watch over your family... It almost made me Cry to read that, My wife had complications during the birth of my Daughter Kate, It was the scariest thing I've ever had to hear "Emergecny C Section"...

I know how it Feels bro, You, your girl and your child our in my prayers.

I am praying for you and her too... I almost started crying when I read that too, because it reminded me about my son who almost died 6 times durring his mothers pregnancy. It got to the point that she almost aborted him - but he ended up being born at 32 weeks instead - 6lbs 2oz, 21in. BIG premie. I hope for the best!

36 1/2 weeks along now..

Doc appointment this morning (10/24) and we found out that she is 1 cm dialated and 50% faced (cervix thinned out) they think she will go in the next week..
