NEXT DAY... im driving down the street (freeway) a 2x4/table leg.. thi8ngy (wood of some sort ) popes up over the car infront of me.. (act of god) and landes down perfectly on my spoiler... TEARING IT TO SHREADS........ it landed on the side so it shatered basically and broke off... east come easy go i guess.... iyt just freaking sucks wavos........

Man I am so sorry about that. I know how exciting that must have been to have that on. TRUST me I know how it feels to have something ripped away...just this year I have been hit head on in the neon, it was broken into a few months back...and a tire just blew! But thank god that thing missed the majority of your car. Good luck in getting everything fixed back the way it needs to be. Sorry about the spoiler loss.

Did you and the guy stop and exchange insurance info? He owes you a spoiler. As far as I can tell, he's supposed to be responsible for securing his load.

^^ I'm in complete agreement. I can't see how you're not owed anything. You should clean up!

Go talk to the insurance company.
