It is the closest thing on the market that simulates the "spooling" sound of a turbocharger for the fraction of the cost of a turbo system.
Who would want to admit to it? Once your 'friends' heard it, and thought you had a turbocharger, they would be douche enough to not even know the difference.It is hard to pinpoint high-pitched sounds, so no one will know where it is coming from unless you tell them!!

I found a Civic with one of those on it, and propmtly showed him what a real turbo sounds like.

It would be pretty funny to see an SRT-4 with two of those in the tips plus a MOPAR BOV.
