I was just hoping people would click on the link, watch the videos, and read the articles. I guess I was hoping for too much.

Some material for you lazy ones: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid ... 7215293198

But seriously, this has nothing to do with Bush, and everything to do with your freedom and money.

I must quote some of our forefathers and early Presidents, because many people forget what this county is about. I'll give you a hint: it's not blind submission and trust to our Federal Government.

"Those who would sacrifice Liberty for security, deserve neither" -Benjamin Franklin

"Government is not reason; it is not eloquence; it is force! Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master." -George Washington

"That government is best which governs the least, because its people discipline themselves." -Thomas Jefferson

"The individual who refuses to defend his rights when called by his government, deserves to be a slave, and must be punished as an enemy of his country and friend to her foe." -Andrew Jackson

"The truth is that all men having power ought to be mistrusted." -James Madison

^^^ Good quotes, but the only problem with today is that most people look to the government to govern them and make sure they are taken care of.

"It is the sole purpose of the government to protect the people from themselves." - Liberal Ideology

No one speaks like the founders of our country used to. There are no great orators in this Country anymore - people who can grab the hearts of the people and rally them to cause. People like Abraham Lincoln who said: "Those who deny freedom to others, deserve it not for themselves; and, under a just God, can not long retain it."

Or John Brown of Kansas Terr: "Be mild with the mild, shrewd with the crafty, confiding to the honest, rough to the ruffian, and a thunderbolt to the liar. But in all this, never be unmindful of your own dignity."

Even infamous people like Jefferson Davis (President of the South in the Civil War) said: “Neither current events nor history show that the majority rule, or ever did rule.”

Anyways, my point is that I do not think it is the people in this ocuntry who rule who make this country go to hell in a handbasket, but it is those majority who feel like the governemt needs to be involved in everything and give them everything! I for one, am a fan of SMALL government, with little involvement. For many years the most powerful political branch of our government was the Legislature, not the Executive or Judicial.

Nowadays, we have the most powerful MAN in the country as the President, and Judges make rulings based on their own personal ideology and not do what they were designed to do - interperate the law. Did you know that the senate used to be decided in the electoral college also? Hmm......

I watched it. Pretty interesting.

At first, I was thinking that it was something that was made by some weird guy that thinks the government's just a conspiracy and keeps himself locked in his house with a million loaded shotguns out in the woods somewhere...

We had one of those guys about 10 years ago go nuts on a few paramedics and shot two of them in the middle of the road because they responded to a medical emergency next to his house and had the ambulance blocking the road for 10 minutes. He pulled up in his truck, started yelling something about the government and then starting unloading .22 caliber rounds from his rifle. Got one firefighter in the head and another one in the lower back. Both firefighter's got extremely lucky and survived. The guy was arrested and was proven incompetent to stand trial.
