If there's huge pictures in a thread it will take forever for them to load the page. It's to warn them that they shouldn't bother trying.

56k is the typical speed of a dialup connection. I think there was a poll and pretty much everyone had broadband...

where i live now can only get dail-up!
So im getting satilite internet now @ $100 a month!!!!!!!

Yes, that was my poll. I don't think one person used dial up.
I started it to so as to avoid having these warnings posted
