Maybe you should find a credit counselor that does bankruptcy certifications. I say this because they have to answer to the government (U.S. Trustee's office, specifically). You're probably not going to get scammed by those counselors.
I know you don't plan to file - and you don't have to in order to go to them. They'll do the debt management plan with you and try to steer you toward having good credit again. They'd rather you do the plan rather than file bankruptcy...they make a cut on every payment (creditor donations, small fees from each payment)...and you still save money because you get great interest rates and other concessions from creditors.

dumbass huh? i thoguth they had made a withdrawal form my acct. earlier than what i authorized.....
