Don't know how else to describe the feeling I have.
Most of you guys and gals know that i have been building a wrecked (rear ended) 2003 Srt-4, that i got from 2002srt4 and a 2003sxt body shell from a local salvage yard. And Well the great state of Oklahoma finally gave me a vin # and tag.
So I'll be doing some modding and will most likely have some questions.
complete wrecked srt-4 $4100.00
sxt shell $300.00
miscellance parts $300.00
tag title and tax $250.00
I cant believe its finally done, Priceless
I been waiting and building for the last 6 months, mostly waiting.
Oh yeah. Insurance.. $180.00 every 6 months.

Praise God and Hallelujah!!!!!
first question i have... I'm thinking of Painting the car Flat/simi-gloss black and also painting the center of wheels black/leave lip polished. also nite-shade all light housings.
what do ya'll think. thanks for reading

Congrats man! Sounds like a good paint scheme, but I'm not a HUGE fan of the semi-gloss body color.

Damn man... car looks great too for being a Frankenstein

I like the flat black but I wouldn't tint everything. If you're going for stealth then eh... okay but going for looks you're going to need something to keep the car from being completely black

Having everything blacked out IMO doesn't always look best
Either way man... congrats on the rebuild!

The more I look at the picture, the more the colors seem to change!

Good work, eager to see how the paint turns out.

strangely enough, I like it the way it is

...gives it that, built-from-the-ground-up look, hahaha. I really do like it that way though, it's kinda neat and ugly at the same time...

For a race vehicle we buit at school I didn't have time to do a real paint job w/ proper primer, so I thinned down some tremclad rustpaint semi-gloss black and ran it through my paint gun. It looked pimp.
