I found this... $4k or best offer. Only 3-4k on the motor. 142k on body. It has the h22 in it. (195hp 160 tq) He had a shop do the swap and I guess he is just tired of it. Heres some picts.

Clean huh?
IF I do sell my car I am selling with the steelies, so I will throw my bronze rims on this baby. I will probably have extra money to do a few other things to it. Its not rices out at all, looks completely stock, but has a beast under the hood... Might need to convert it to 5 lug. This car is like literally 10 minutes away. I remember when J-Villa was going through a crazy phase of about getting another car, I wonder if I will pull out like he did.
Cause' this is very tempting.

No doubt. Not a fan of the body style, but my cue is, if you drop it and put some nice rims on it. It will look better. Decisions Decisions. I am going to be getting my rear bumper fixed here in a couple weeks. So I will probably put my car up for sale then. Probably ask around $4- 4.5k for it.LowNSlow wrote:Not big on Accords.. but that is pretty clean and the H22 is a nice platform.

At one point, I really wanted an accord like that. And the 2doors like that arent that common.
That looks like its in awesome shape! I really like it, but then this is coming from someone that wanted one badly a while back!
Too bad you cant afford to keep the neon and get that
that would be nice! lol

I go through phases of wanting something other than the neon too. But then I do something else to the neon and I love her again. Or I just go drive her.
I don't know if I'll ever get rid of the neon to be honest. Too many memories, and I don't even want to think about someone else driving her.
So I say don't do it. Especially if you don't even know what car you want. And a car that's faster, doesn't count as knowing what kind you want.

i would totally get that nissan. re-paint it with metalic black and that thing would look sick with those Boyd's. i'd be nice to take it out on the strip (vegas strip) on weekends. and kick some ass with that turboe'd v6. people just wouldn't know what hit them.

I aksed him about the tranny and this is what he put.... So I am guessing it has the clutch from the stock Accord.
ECU is a stock p13?
Say what? Convert please?

I have so wanted to get an SRT-4. I might sell my car and put a nice big down payment on a used SRT-4. (Hopefully in good condition.) SRT-4 = dream car, and I have seen alot of people on here get one... I bet it feels so good doesn't it!!!!! Plus my insurance went down.no it has a 4th gen tranny from the prelude VTEC (h22a1). it has the f22 clutch. that's the only part from the f22 tranny. and the ecu is the stock p13.

Whats the progress on your car?jrm868s wrote:just swap your car
To swap, I would have to find a complete 2.4 turbo. I would probably get the tranny from you. Then I would have to rent a storage garage to have my Neon in there. Rent a cherry picker, run into a bunch of problems, order expensive things at the dealership that I thought I wouldn't need.
The only person I know of that has done the swap and kept it looking stock is Diablo0... Everyone else is painting it, putting different bumpers on etc. I would just keep my body stock looking. It would be worth it in the end... But I don't know if I am ready for a bunch of pain and hassle.
Oh yeah about the Accord witht he Prelude swap, everything is from a Prelude, except for the clutch, which is from the Accord, he said it doesn't grip all the time.

I am going to open up a CD or a Money Market thingy, and add so much to it every month. I am going to keep really close tabs on my money starting the beggining of December. I am going to watch what I get and think of that movie "Fight Club." Plus, since I am living at home I have a great chance of racking up a bunch of dough. Hopefully by next March, not this March I will have a nice down payment for one of those Neon SRT-4's. Its going to be an 04-05 White or Black. No other colors considered. This is my dream car and I am going to try my hardest to make this happen.

Don't get me wrong, I am REALLY good with my money and I have a really good credit score. Its just lately I been buying stupid shit.. Like video games, expensive clothes, and random little things. This is keeping me from gaining a bunch. I make okay money, and will be working two jobs this coming summer. I will be taking out my life savings too to put in this thing. My parents are saying its (life savings thingy) is going down hill and are thinking we might lose ours. So my bro took his out like 4 years ago, got around $4-5k cash. I want to pretty much buy it with cash. So then I can get liability which means cheaper insurance. This car will make me the happiest person ever! I still remember getting test drives in them.. The feeling was so great! Its undescribeable. Plus, there aren't mahy SRT-4's aorund here at all. I don't htink there are any in my town, never seen one. I sometimes see them on the highway, like 1-2 a month.. Going in the opposite direction. They seem to be very dirty and not taking care of. I will baby the hell out of mine and treat it like gold. Let the saving begin!
Heck yeah, that's what I'm talkin' about! You won't be disappointed with an SRT-4; there's not a lot of them around, especially a white color. I'm hoping to get one myself since I'm a couple of months away from paying my current car. I plan to keep the current car for commuting and use the SRT-4 for some rice burning (hey, that rhymes).
