i want to make my neon insanely fast, and will srt bumper fit on my car.. ooo and one more thing um can i put srt seats and rims on my car?

and while im at how can i beat a cobra with my atx.. my friend has a friend with a atx neon who knew this other guy that was part of his local neon club that could beat cobras all day and he had an intake and nawz and the ebay electric turbo
