Well..... I'm on a holding pattern for a while. Aggravated 2 old injuries while doing my "test" run. I had spraigned my knee last time I was in Iraq... and now after squating its all swollen and sore. And I had done something to my back last time I was down here. I got under a 400lbs cargo hatch, put my shoulders on it and pushed it up. When I did I felt a pop, my right leg started to tingle and the middle of my back went numb. I felt like I had to pee real real bad too. Dr never diagnosed me with a problem so I worked through it. Anyway.... my back is sore as shit and all along my spine is numb. So needless to say I'm going to either stick to light upper body exercises for a while or just hold off all together and see what some running can do for me

They said it was an issue with my hamstrings last time. Said they were too tight and putting strain on my back muscles which in turn was sinching them down and causing my nerves to be pinched causing the tingling and numbness.... *cough*bullshit*cough*
I went to the Dr today after I was working on a tank, stood up and lost feeling in my legs. Looks like I may have slipped a disc. Not too sure on whats going on. The dr. said to come back tomorrow and see him again and he should have some answers on me if I'm getting medevac'd or if I'll just go see another Dr and have xrays or what not. Honestly I don't think I'm that bad off. I can walk around fine and stuff. But when I bend over and stand up I get some pain and tingling. I ain't one of those kind who goes out without a fight ya know? And being in the Army if you go to the Dr. you are a mega pussy so that makes it all the more worse.
The knee went down over the course of the day. I think I just aggravated it by putting the strain on it. I went today and rode a bike for 20 min and then did some light light upper body just to get myself used to it again. 135lb pench 3x10 reps, 135 incline 3x10 reps, 135 decline 3x10 reps, 100lb shrugs 3x30 reps.
