Flame Red SXT w/ SRT Wing on COPS?

I was watching COPS last night and saw a Flame Red Neon SXT (I think) with an SRT wing on it. I think it was filmed down south somewhere... I can't remember the name of the police department for the life of me... Dammit.
Was it anyone on here? The guy was scared and running from people because he accidentally pulled out in front of someone and they started chasing after him... He had his 15 month old daughter in the car, too... Something like that.

Yeah but Cops clips are usually really old, like 1990's.

This was a new episode... They didn't make '03+ Neons in the '90s.
