I think that I mentioned the Bowflex first. Well, I've had it set up in my living room for over a month and haven't used it yet

. Don't know about the rods losing memory- they do come with a lifetime guarantee, the machine cost a lot less than a gym membership and it really doesn't take up
that much space. Now if I can just motivate myself to start using it!

I went from 260 pounds to 175 in about a year. Just by eating less, almost no working out either.

^^ LoL yeah it is - good job though man . .. You could probably build some major muscle if you tried ! - if thats your thing anyways
Its cool to see people that actually care about health . . alot of people around me thing im crazy for watching what I eat and stuff . . .I just dont get it . . .
