TNK wrote:nope. there are like 4 versions IIRC.

v6 with auto
v6 with autostcik
v8
v8 with teh option that turns it into a 4 cylinder at cruising speeds

this is what my buddy (that owns that car) was tellguin me, so it may not be totally correct..... but the 300 i looked at on my way hoem after returning his car, was a v6 auto (non autostick)
Unless it has a V8 it's not a C. 300Cs only come with the 5.7 Hemi V8. The C is the equivalent of the R/T. If you drove a V6 with autostick it was a 3.5 liter and not a C, it was either a 300 limited or a 300 touring.

Also, the only V8 without MDS (4 cylinder gas saver) is the SRT-8.

300 = 2.7 V6 with 4 speed auto
300 Touring = 3.5 V6 with 5 speed autostick
300 Limited = 3.5 V6 with 5 speed autostick
300C = 5.7 V8 with 5 speed autostick
300C SRT-8 = 6.1 V8 with 5 speed autostick

So after all that rambling, Demonik is correct.

Don't get me wrong, all 300's are nice, but as stated earlier in the thread if you are going to get an LX get one with a Hemi! :twisted:
