hey man.....could you give us all a little background about yourself? I'm sure I'm not the only one wondering these things.

How old are you? Where do you work(if you do)? How the heck can you post whore so much?

Makes me wish Jason would make me a mod. But then, Im too much of an ass he says. Said I couldnt start shit like I do with an 'official' title. So a regular user I am. Though I do think he should give me a title of some sort.

I work for D.C.x over here in WNY.
Ive been with them for 4 years now
I started working on cars when I could lift a tool. Started with classic muscle car, modding..restoring...etc. with my father, then I ventured into the ATV bit of things, tweaking tuning....when I turned 16 I bought my first car, 1985 plymouth reliant station wagon...and of course, started modding tweaking tuning. I had this car at BOCES at this time...rrr around 1997-98.
Mods to this car were: 4bbl 650cfm Holley double pumper, turbo daytona exhaust w/ dynomax muff. Mallory ignition, 5 speed conversion,rear quarter glass filled in. well the list goes on, the car finally died with a blown headgasket and then I moved onto the next car(or project)
1980 Plymouth Volare' slant six converted to 318w/727 from P-up truck
1988 Daytona C/S turbo modded to 410hp
1989 Daytona T-top(nicknamed the blue bomber) 2.5 EFI converted to MPI then to a turbo car
1985 Shelby Charger modded to the tune of 0-60 in 4.5sec.....
1990 Plymouth Laser w/ modded 1.8liter and tuned with Technomotive datalogger
2003 SXT Neon same bolt ons I have now except w/ ATX
2002 R/T current venture, still learning the 2.0's and 2.4's
Thats just the list of projects I have done of my own...Ive done head and block work for the 2.2 and 2.5 dodges, 3.0 V6's, V8's. Various friends project cars....
I do computer work on the side, of course modding repair etc.....
The reason I have time to do these posts, I get home from work, disappear into my computer room have a few beers and start either posting in the forum or doing research online for just about everything, from the 82 Jeep Wagoneer repair im doing now or to find out how to polish aluminum etc.etc...
Mornings I normally wake around 4:00am, fire up the pot of coffee and come back to the forum to respond to post, try to update my temp website..until around 6:15 am when its time to get ready for work and out the door I go around 6:45am. thats basically the Mon through Fri routine unless something comes up and changes things.
Weekends are either House Maintenance, Car repairs(friends Family) or anything else that comes up....The computer room is basically my way of relaxing instead of going out and getting drunk, partying etc...Plus keep in mind I'm married w/ 2 kids....own a house....bills up the yingyang...have a live in babysitter w/ her 2 kids and boyfriend....so its kind of nuts here in my home and the car tuning and forum updating is my way of staying calm......
Needless to say:
I'm a jack of all trades, and DEFINATELY a master of none...
I learn as I go, and to experiments along the way to great as TimAllen states....MORE POWER
And the title of BlackRoseRacing started back when I was running a 250cc dirtbike for offroad and I rolled my bike racing a friend, when I got up from the wreck I was standing in front of a BlackRose bush and I was like, mmm.....
Since then my BRR symbol has been a blackrose with pedals outligned in dark purple.One of these days im hoping on turning BRR into a business around here selling aftermarket parts for any year make and model, and doing installs...EX: you buy an intake for your car, we will install it for FREE....
One of these days....hopefully soon.....BUT anywho, ive got to get going, im starting to run late now...lol
