Buy and STI, or an S4, or a 335i, be comfortable, bring the family, and kick the living snot outta' cars just like that on track days with a decent set of tires.

Though lambo made a great point when he mentioned the certified cage, brakes, etc. Chassis tuning and corner balancing is also sickly expensive. I cannot imagine that the car is running some caca set of coilovers..prolly Motons or Ohlins or something exotic. For a race-car it is a small price ot pay.

I would just rather be comfortable while I am laying the smack down at the track.
