how do i fix this? messed up paint on hvac (pic)

i painted my hvac and a trash bag blew onto the paint and now i have a few spots like this, what sandpaper should i use to smooth it out even?

it would have to be sanded down. ive had a simliar problem and i had to re-sand everything down to bare.

use like 500-800 grit, then use 1000 to smooth everything out once everything is smooth.
