I don't like that one actor kid.
Looks like a....pretty entertaining special effects movie. And if Spielberg has a part of it then it must be good.

i will watch it .. but it aint the real transformers ... i mean bumblebee is a VW! .. not a stupid camaro .. (or in the movies case ... a mustang made to look like a camaro)

I actually want to see this pretty bad since I pretty much grew up on Transformers back in the day.

bumblebee is a camaro (he starts out a classic one, and then the new one. Bumblebee/Gold Bug type of story) and the nemisis thats after him alone is a saleen mustang named barricade, a little more than a movie plot, mustang vs. camaro

I'm pretty anxious to see it as well, i love movies with gobs of special effects, It's really all i go to see...as long as it's entertaining.

As long as it does the cartoon justice I am all for this movie. I'd hate to see it be totally different than the cartoon.

well then don't go see it. it won't be the same. this movie wans't really made for people who already know the cartoon. this is a movie that is made for the general public. more for someone who knows nothing about transformers. it will be very different.

This movie looks more like the Gay...I mean Go-bots rather than the Transformers.
Just from what I can tell in the trailers it doesn't seem to follow any of the original storylines and none of the characters are recognizable.
Although it would be hard to pull of Megatron since he's a transformable gun.....as a robot he'd be what 8 maybe 10 inches tall?!
I'll wait for the DVD to come out in 2 months.

the movie had to be real...and the original story was cool, but not logical (not like this movie is). Its got a storyline that makes a movie, not a series like the cartoon. But it is does have some main points from the orginal series (cartoon/comic) And beast wars (transformers lifeforce = spark). It should be good though
