Jericho (the TV show)

So, I watched this show every week, and CBS cancelled it on May 16, siting "it lost its engine" during a 6 week hiatus.

Anyway, I've been keeping up with the offical CBS Jericho website..it seems alot of fans(as am I) are PISSED that the show didn't get a second season, and that the ending left to many doors open.

So, in reference to the last show, they've been sending nuts to CBS. Why nuts? Its a reference to a WW2 saying, and was used in the last episode of the show...

Just how many nuts have they sent? Oh, just over 10,000lbs. Yes, TEN THOUSAND POUNDS of nuts. Peanuts, etc etc.

They're sending more and more each day in an effort to get the show picked up, something on the order of 4000 pounds per day.

CBS execs are now saying they're going to do a 2 hour "closure" movie. That made people more pissed off and they've upped the fight with more and more emails, faxs, phone calls, and are even reaching out to various media outlets. They've even amassed enough money to buy an ad in Variety magazine..

I just thought some of you may get a kick out of what people will do for their favorite TV show...

As they should be. I LOVED that show. Did you ever see it? Its a pretty damn good show.

Get them involved!

I've seen a few parts of some of it, looked really good. It would definitely be a show I would be in to, but I missed the first few episodes so I was to stingy to watch any of them after.

My parents watched it... I didn't... never got into it and I already watch enough TV shows like House, 24, and Lost... I don't need anymore or something else to keep me on my ass infront of the TV lol.

FUTURAMA is the only show worth bringing back!!!!

New Movie this Winter and 16 new episodes have been signed. WOOO!

Sorry.. I have no Idea what Jericho is..

Its baaaaaaaaack.

The fans won, the fans beat CBS. 7 new episodes coming this fall, Season 1 DVD release Sept. 25.
