After reading the new info on the srtforums I'm curious if heyitsstock has heard anything?

nope i sent him a message and he read it (i checked that) and no reply....
i really dont think hes gonna send anything out...
good thing i can do nothing but bitch and bitch.....
any one have a solution
and i like how he didnt show face until the words "legal action" came up

CAN do something, you have his address you need to make a trip, I have never been ripped off but i tell ya one thing i like to travel and see the world, and i know alot of people across the nation that would alow me to atleast stay a night, and i would have no problem making a trip to someones house, and i dont care whos there, mom, dad, wife, kids who eva if i made a trip best believe i wont be returning to md without my money.

but im so lost on where this guy is...
he lives in NC?
i think im gonna have to research reporting him to his commander option.... sounds like the best option

hey guys....this is trevor, josh's old business partner...
dude, the turbo you bought from him is still sitting there un packed..actually it was in someone elses posession for the past 2 months..
before i go any further...no, i have no business ties to him since sept 2006....so dont get on my ass about the intercoolers as i was lied to by him also.
he was telling me that everything was fine and that he was waiting on customs...i was defending him until the other night when he told me he had no money to ship the intercoolers and that the intercoolers werent in customs, they had been sitting in somone elses shop in maryland for 3 weeks...i see josh almost everyday, he just seems like he doesnt give a shit anymore and i sont know why.
i was defending josh...but he is on his own now....he is fucking up bigtime....i dont see why he was lying to me as well..i was the one giving people updats cuz he claims he didnt want to deal with it.

a member on srtforums wich is also a staff sgt in the army went and talked to his bosses today....he has until this friday 8/24 to take care of all the mess he has caused..this includes all the shipping fees and parts he has not paid for...
in all honesty, i dont think its gonna happen, sorry josh
