a kid i went to high school with died this morning due to being struck in his driveway by lightning.

he was out side to warn his neighbor about the tree that had fell in his yard...on his way back home was struck in his driveway.

last night we had one of the most wickedest lightning and rain storm in a long time

he just graduated college and was a sub teacher
it's sad

yea the lightning was wicked out this way too we had bolt strike a tree next to my moms house, and a bolt struck a telephone pole down the street from my apartment..

my prayers and thoughts are with his family..its a sad thing!

sorry to hear that man....accidents and tragedies like this are always so much worse than knowing its coming....watching a loved one slowly pass is awful, but over the course of it you gradually learn to accept it....when something like this happens it is just so hard

one of my best friends was driving home with his little sister in the passenger seat is his little old saab when a chick on her cell phone ran a red light in a yukon denali and hit them head on.....he walked away without a scratch and she passed away.....he was stuck in the car with his little sister dying in the seat next to him because some stupid bitch was too busy talking on her phone.....its such a shame when stuff like this happens and people are never the same after.....my condolences to the family

bad01: that makes me want to go drive up to Oregon and hug my little sister. We've been through 2 nasty wrecks together so you're friends story hits pretty close to home although I can't imagine, and don't want to ever experience, what he's going through.

damn man sorry to hear that. people get struck by lightning down here in florida a lot. it sucks because you cant really tell when it is coming. it is just like boom!! all out of no where. kinda like getting shot in the head by a sniper i guess. sucks that it had to happen like that.

My hearts a prayers are with his family. I don't mess with momma. Mother Nature can be a task when shes pissed off.
