Which states are not smog regulated?

If you're in a state that's not smog regulated, post about that here.
If you're in a state that is, but your tests or restrictions are minimal, you can post about it here, too.
If you're one of the above and in a state close to California, I DEFINITELY want to hear from you.

Most of Oregon is clear with only a few towns having minor smog laws. The ones I've heard about personally are Portland and Ashland.
Smog is definitely not a issue in my area - I never knew about emissions testing until I joined up here if that says anything.

Hah well that's on the opposite side of where I'm at... hoping to find something a little closer, but I'll note that down anyways.

Ohio has some counties that have it so you're required to have an e-Check (Smog) It's getting less and less though...
South Carolina I think has some counties also that require it but here in Greenville County we aren't required.
