Most of Oregon is clear with only a few towns having minor smog laws. The ones I've heard about personally are Portland and Ashland.

Smog is definitely not a issue in my area - I never knew about emissions testing until I joined up here if that says anything.

Hah well that's on the opposite side of where I'm at... hoping to find something a little closer, but I'll note that down anyways.

ALBERTA FTW we have no emissions testing, and as long as the lights come on and the windshield wipers work, you can pretty much register any car you want

A buddy with a S3 SRT4, and pretty much the same mods as me moved to another province where they do have smog emissions, and he registered EIGHT TIMES above the allowable limit

emission ruining mods:

S3 and 3" straight piping from the turbo to the muffler

yeah Minnesota doesn't care about that smog crap

Ohio has some counties that have it so you're required to have an e-Check (Smog) It's getting less and less though...

South Carolina I think has some counties also that require it but here in Greenville County we aren't required.

In Michigan as long as your have a license and insurance you can drive your POS til it dies on the road lol

alabama doesnt have shit for smog laws.....

In my county I dont need to take an emissions testing nor do you have to pass any smog tests.
