Let's see.... worse screw up at work........ well, I have screwed up a lot at work, but I think the most recent was when I worked for the Casino and was in the warehouse. I had to get some soda for someone off of one of the shelves and all the pickers and what not were all locked up and charging, so instead of just taking an extra 3 minutes to uncharge them, I decided to climb the racks in the back (only about ten feet) and get the flats of 20 oz pops myself... I ended up loosing my balance and fell all the way down with 24 bottles of 20 oz pepsi landing on my chest while I hit the ground on my back... pop was everywhere and I was injured BAD. Worse part is, the company knew it since it was on camera... I couldnt make a claim else I would have to pay myself, and I had to sign all sorts of BS waivers because I broke the rules... could have gotten fired.
I ended up getting fired a few weeks later though for roughing up another employee in the cafeteria after he insulted my wife.
As for something even more dumb, when I was really young (18, 19) I decided it would be a good idea to get high and trip acid while working at McDonalds...
MAN that was hard, once the floor started hopping with frogs, I lost it.
well that one takes the cake man. i guess the biggest screw-up i had was when i work at the laser theater in seattle i forgot to fill the fog machine. oh wait no the biggest one was forgetting the the song "kitty" by the presidents of the united states of america had the word fuck in the song. i was playing it as music for the walk-ins for the matinee with kids. so needless to say i was kind of embarassed and the parents were yelling. trying to scramble to take out the cd and fell out of the chair.
