She posted that pic almost a month ago, please dont let rescent situations get carried over to here too!

dude seriously, i don't care. it has no reason being here and you know it. this is a great how-to and it just had a random weird ass "i'm newly single and need attention from anywhere i can get it" post. if she wants to post that crap in off topic and in the pic thread fine, but it has no bussiness here.

I moved this discussion out of the How To: Coilover Install topic to here. There is no reason to ruin the How To: over the above comment.
Bella, she had a topic started by another member in picture post 1 month after she posted the above pic in the How To: section....1 month later. It caought my attention in "My" section of the forum yes, but it caused no problems with the topic until you started into it about the pic. No it has nothing to do with the topic at hand, yes it was kind of random but you are the only one that complained about it.
What is your problem with this girl?
She posted a pic of herself in "Post a pic of yourself topic" and she brought of this comment:

First person to start me my own thread for leg humpers wins a prize!!!!

So ElectricBlue started her own topic, no big deal....
Then all hell broke loose, you and a few others started into her topic calling her a post whore,attention whore,etcc.etc..
To me it almost sounds like you and opi were the attention/post whores in her own topic causing it to get locked due to the arguments. All of this happened a month later from when she posted that one pic in the How To: topic.
I would like to keep this discussion here in Off-Topic for everyone to chime in. Please keep it civil so this topic does not get locked also.


PS - Yes I did split the topic in the How To:'s and moved it here for discussion, I'm not deleting this!

seems like you're being the attention whore this time. but you had to bring it up. if it was there a month ago then you should have moved it then. plain and simple. hell if i saw it 3 months later my comment would still be the same. and i never said post whore. she's an attention whore. period. doesn't matter who started the thread. you give her the attention, she feeds off it. i said it made her look desperate, and the guys who feed off it seem desperate. i can't help but say something when it's right in front of my face. call it what it is. why does that offend anyone, it's the truth. and if you can't see that i'm sorry. i don't see what the big deal is. but if voicing my opinion on the matter is gonna cause so much flack then i will keep my mouth shut from here on out. oh, did anyone get an actual prize?

As much as I think the words themselves were just simple 2gn fun, I don't think there was a need for her to post a pic of herself in a how-to.

thank you! that's exactly what i mean. if it was just words i wouldn't have cared in the slightest, but posting the picture is blatant "look at me" behavior.

this question is for anyone. if you felt this girl was unattractive would you still be saying these things? just curious. and for the record i do not think she is unattractive.

the really shitty thing about this is there are no other females that post here hardly anymore. so there are nothing but male opinions here. i'm out numbered.

I'm here. Granted I'm not as much of a regular poster (I lurk most of the day instead) but you've got another girl thats a little aggravated by the myspace-like picture posting.

Guys oogling the new girls are normal but it seems like she went out of her way (albeit encouraged) to post all those darn pics. And please, for you guys out there saying 'you wouldn't be saying anything if it was a guy' that doesn't make a difference. It wouldn't be a issue if the pics were contained to a few in the 'post a pic of yourself' thread and a few comments but 12 pages of 'oh she's hot' can get annoying.

^ Thats always the issue, and I win anyway . For anybody that cares:
1.) Jack vehicle and support with stands
2.) remove wheel
3.) remove lower strut mounting bolts
4.) remove upper strut monuting bolts
5.) Slide strut/spring assembly out of car
6.) Bolt top of coilover to camber plate
7.) Bolt camber plate to upper strut mount
8.) Raise control arm to coilover
9.) Bolt the coilover to the lower strut mount
10.) Re-install wheel
11.) Lower vehicle

Bella, I respect your opinion and I do agree that this is a "NEON" forum and not a second Myspace account. But trying to keep someone from postings pics up that frequently is not really against the rules to a point,especially if she did it in her own topic. I know you did not mention anything about breaking rules, I just wanted to mention that much.....
Hopefully this topic of discussion about her over posting pics is almost over.....If she wants to post her own topic of pictures of herself then she has every right to do so, but please dont start harrasing her about it in her own topic, no one said you had to view it. As a matter of fact, It's probably best if she did start a new thread it should be in a OFFtopic Picture thread Vs the picture post...

Something maybe like subtopics under the picture post topic to keep things organized a little better....

Ok, im rambling now, I got to get back to work....

I think seperate pic post sections would be sweet! Even though most pics of neons are put into individual threads, and other pics usually end up in the random pic thread...I still think its a pretty good idea
