anyone have or know anyone with a DRBIII tool in montgomery

i need a DRBIII tool to get my ecu matched to my key does anyone live around montgomery county that can bring 1 to my house? ill pay you like 40$ or so i love in olney in montgomery county maryland. itll take just a few mintues to do. if you know anyone or you have access to 1 send me a pm thanks.
