But I nominate Great White's 1999 album 'Can't Get There From Here' as best album from the 90’s.. all it's tracks are good.

I am so old- I've never heard of any of these songs (well, I've heard "...Teen Spirit" but not by Tori Amos). I would probably nominate Everybody Hurts by REM.
