yeah, some guy on the phone (who sounded 13) was giving me crap the other day because the dedicated servers he rented from us doesn't come with fantastico. I would've just sent him over to you guys if I'd known. I wasn't the one who sold him his server, after all

I do revenue and access control systems in parking garages in DC. I also fix Over head doors, locks of all shapes and sizes and safes. I pipe in electric and cat-5 from where ever to where ever. I install work stations and servers. I trouble shoot/ repair. All MS systems from DOS to XP pro. I build PCs, I do plumbing, drywall, HVAC, tile, carpet. I build stuff from wood, metal, plastics. I work with concrete and asphalt.
I repair circuit boards to component levels. I do some fiber work as well. I work on golf carts, snow plows, and salt spreaders. I plow snow as well. I work on company vehicles (minor stuff) I fix and put together office furniture and cubics. I handle orders and stocking of parts for my dept. I am second in charge of the dept I'm in. I deal with anyone from cashiers to CEOs.
My office is my truck and I drive anywhere from Rockville MD to Tyson's corner VA and sometimes to Balt and Dulles airport as well.
I am a jack of all trades master of none and this just over view of what I do as I do more.
I am a problem solver and it doesn't matter what it is I just have to make it work.

I like that we include Fantastico within Cpanel, however we get sooo many calls because somebody who's never touched a computer before is having issues with Wordpress or Joomla after they install it through Fantastico. We also get calls from people who haven't set up automatic backups wondering if we can restore their database after they fucked it up, which usually isn't a problem with our shared servers as they get backed up every Sunday, however when they call three weeks after the fact to report it theres nothing we can do as we overwrite the previous weeks backup. The number one call I get is "My email is broken, it has to be YOUR fault!", when 90% of the time it's their fault because either DNS is still propagating, they've filled their email quota, or their ISP has blocked port 25.

I am a graphic designer/production artist for a large Pittsburgh area newspaper group/printer.
Don't let that fool you. I don't make very much...even after 9 years. Newspapers are heading into the toilet as far as pay goes. I am currently looking all over for a new job. There is little to be had in Western PA. I am thinking Chicago or something. Maybe a little more south. Kentucky or Tennessee. Who knows.
