SNOW!
playing in the snow is fun. My 2000 Neon I had. Drift busting is fun...

No snow here but I can't wait for it. If it is going to be cold there needs to be snow. Lake effect snow gets the job done for us in the great lakes area.

What sucks is when your door locks freeze.... snow drifting is fun except when you hit a ten foot snow bank going like 60 like I did in my Jeep..... I nearly crapped my pants. I was going down the hill i lived on in 4WD like I usually did, then my Jeep hit some ice and started sliding uncontrollably toward the snow bank, then bam!!! I skidded on the snow bank to a stop... Got out about to cry and there was no damage??!!! Still was scary though.
My car was an ice cube last night when I got out of work. I swear it was sitting lower because of all the ice on it.

We got snow
Enought that for the first time ever I cannot even drive my car. Normally I've always been able to get around, but I have to admit defeat on this one. We got anywhere from 13 to 15 inches in the non-drifted sections, with average drifts 2-3 ft. I tried to go out this morning but I made it 15 feet or so before the undercarriage of the car got hung up on snow (best attempt by anyone
), and I hadn't even hit the really deep snow or the hill I have to climb. Most of the city is shut down, apparantly the roads are no better than my parking lot
So not going anywhere I went out and took a few pics:

Woke up to 30cms(1 foot) of snow this morning, and its still dumping. We should have another foot by tomorrow morning.
I managed to get the car almost out of my spot after rockin it serveral times, until some guys that were on there way to the hill, got out and pushed me.
I managed to get to the hill for some fresh turns, and now I have to get ready to go to work, to push some more snow around tonight.
I live for this stuff though, its like white gold to me.
Michelin Artic Alpine's for the bimmer...

....and a car cover for the neon

...oh, and this is what i drive for work, for those that don't know already...

We got hit this weekend. I hopped on the highway to work and could only do about 30mph the whole way. At least I didn't have any spinouts. Snow tires FTW!
