fuck! you know what sucks about snow... when you bust out the big ass shovel so you can just scrape across the driveway and naturally you position your hand/end of handel at your hip for added pressure and the BAM! you hit a solid spot and you end up getting your ass kicked by a shovel

Well, for this area, the less snow the better. People in this area get really fucking stupid when the snow starts flying.

No, they start out stupid, but it just seems to get really, really bad.

The people in western NY are pretty good. They know their limits. People here seem to forget how to drive, like they had never seen snow before. So they can still go 70 - 80mph on the highway even though its icy.

I always try to push it at an angle so it minimizes the chances of catching, but every now and then I forget! :nutkick:

The ones I hate are the ppl that try to get through the winter with tires that weren't safe in the summer. I realize that tires aren't cheap but if you can charge them, it's better than killing yourself or someone else! Besides that card payment is prolly less than missing a few days of work. At least thats my perspective.

I haven't shoveled a full driveway in years, and when I do have to clear snow it's the snowblower FTW!!!!

I just got home and the driveway's not shoveled. It's a pretty steep driveway so I try to gain momentum to get to the top while trying not to crash towards the garage door. :cussing:

here is our first snow of the season, only about 2-3" but it stayed on the ground which is ODD for this part of the country, especially at this time of year.
