How bent is to bent?

I just finished cleaning up my rims since it has been nice weather the last few days, and I just happened to find something that was not there back in October...
I found a nice flat spot, on the inside of the outer part of the rim... I'm curious as to if this is going to cause serious balancing issues, or if I'm going to be filling my tire up hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, etc. I know no one can really tell for sure, but any input would be nice.
Heres a pic of what I found, I can get some of other angles if it would help diagnose a little better.

that will cause some balance issues for sure .. and from the looks of it .. may also end up with a leak ...

but any shop that does rim repair should be able to roll it back into shape ... dont see any cracks in it ...

No cracks... What does something like that usually cost?

25 to 75 depending on the shop .. and / or if it has to be shipped off to be fixed ... because it is on the inside they don't have to refinish it less you want them to ... if you do then it will cost more
