If you look around you can find these deals. Usually it's gonna be a local member just looking to get rid of their front bumper. Sometimes you can get it from a junkyard if it has paint damage. I found one for $250 with good paint, but it wasn't the right color so I passed.
I'm waiting for that "too good to pass up" srt bumper, but they are few and far between.

I've been looking for a bumper for a decent price located in canada for some time now with no luck.
Out of desperation I just typed "srt4 bumper for sale" in google canada... I got a hit that took me to buysell.com and there was some guy selling a srt4 bumper with foglights with some scratches for $100 or best offer.
I called him up right away, bumper was located in St. Catharine's Ontario about 6.30 hours drive away. At first he was uneasy about shipping such a large package and because it would cost alot of money. But I assured him I would pay for the shipping in full and would call him back the next day with a shipping quote.
So I first contacted canada post, they told me they wouldn't ship it because it was too big. I then contacted UPS and they wanted $147.50 ... and then I took a 2001 neon bumper I had lying around to the greyhound bus station. They put the bumper on the scale and gave me a quote of $28.10 + $3 for insurance.
The next day I called the guy back and arranged to pay him $136.00 through paypal.
The bumper has been shipped... and It is expected to be available for pick up tomorrow evening.
Overnight shipping for $33 ... wow ... compared to $147.50 1 week shipping from UPS. Fuk UPS.
