eat before and while drinking, drink a lot of water before a hard night of drinking, and drink less alcoholic drinks with high sugar content (3 jaegerbombs during the night is more than enough redbull to stay awake till 3am LOL). Its taken me a long time to figure that out, and here I am just giving my wisdom away for free to someone who can't even get in a bar yet.

well today is my birthday and I've been drinking all day long and I feel great!

oh yeh, and drink a good amount of water because alcohol dehydrates you and that causes a hangover. water FTW!

I'd agree but I still get up, go to work, feel tired and sluggish but no headache... sucks but after about an hour or so I feel better. I find the worst part after drinking a lot the night before is waking up and my mouth is bone dry. Not to mention I've always gotta take a huge shit in the morning and my farts smell extremely bad.

drink better liquor. Spend the money on a good drink and enjoy it over getting trashed off whatever tub of plastic jug vodka they have laying about.

Stay hydrated too. Soon as you leave the party, have a Powerade or whatever in the car. Drink that too. Have something like that waiting for you at home before bed and after you wake up. You might have to piss alot so make sure there is a clear path to the potty but other than that, eat a light meal before hand and take it easy next time.

About halfway through the night I usually wake up and have to make a beeline to the fridge for something to drink. Then I doze back off to sleep without any problems.

I think I've conditioned myself enough by now to not get hangovers. The worst ones I ever got were in high school after drinking a couple of 40's of steel reserve 211. Those were fun day-afters.

It helps to know what you're doing. If you haven't been drinking a while and then go all power drinking of course you're going to feel like shit the next morning, especially if you don't drink any water. If you've got a good drink on there's no reason you can't put back 3-4L of beer in a night and be good the next morning.

drink something more smooth then. Henny is not exactly a "let's drink a whole bottle of this shit right here WOOOOO!!" type of drink. A good vodka will never leave you with a hang over. Grey Goose or better. Plus you can drink it like it's going out of style (for volumes sake, bragging rights) and it won't kill you in the morning.

i would much rather not drink then have a hangover, i know how much i can handle and i don't drink more than that, that way i still have fun and no hangover

you just don't know how to drink without getting a hangover yet. You can drink enough to have alcohol poisoning, theoretically, and still not have a hangover. Its all about hydration.
